  • Business Development Manager

    We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will focus on sales, marketing, and the acquisition of new clients, and who can consistently deliver the leads to support the growth of the business. It is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with a confidence in their ability and a desire to show what they can do.     Roles & responsibilities

    • Planning and running outbound campaigns
    • Developing a tactical plan to execute the sales and marketing strategy

    Experience

    • Working in fast-moving, high growth environments – a digital agency would be an advantage, but attitude and track record are far more important to us
    • Effectively undertaking outbound activities to generate leads, such as phone, email, LinkedIn, Facebook
    • Extensive use of LinkedIn as a lead generation channel
    • Using CRM tools to track, manage and report prospect contact activity
    • Creating weekly status reports on activity and performance against targets
    • Running regular reviews of effectiveness of sales and marketing activity, and recommending adjustments to plan to improve performance

    Salary

    Basic salary: £35k to £45k depending on experience.

    Bonus: A performance-based bonus of £10k will be payable for hitting specific sales targets, and a limitless bonus for exceeding targets. If you are truly amazing and deliver a large pipeline of well-qualified leads that convert into sales, you have the potential to earn six figures.

    We are looking for an iOS developer to grow as part of a team in the heart of digital innovation. We are delighted to announce the opportunity for someone who is passionate about software development on digital platforms and mobile technology to join our team.
    You will be responsible for implementing new features in any of our client apps, liaising with our UX team to bring app designs to life and working closely with QA staff to reproduce and fix bugs.

  • CONTENT MARKETER/COPYWRITER

    We are currently looking for an exceptional Content Marketer/Copywriter to join our company. Your role will be to create engaging content, and design and execute marketing campaigns across variety of social media channels.

    With the  recent  growth, much of our focus and effort has been on servicing new business for our existing clients. To ensure that our growth continues we are introducing this new role, which will have a focus on writing content to support our marketing activity. This content would include newsletters, blog posts, articles and social posts. In addition, as a copywriter you will be required to help through the agency. Work to support project for clients with website or app copy, release descriptions for app. In addition, you would help out with proposal writing to ensure that the document produced multiple staff have a consistent tone, read well, are grammatically correct and free of typos.

    You will have worked in marketing or as a copywriter for at least 1 year, either as a part of a team or as a sole person.

    Working alongside our Managing Director to deliver the content-led marketing strategy, you will be responsible for researching, writing blog articles and social media posts, and executing our marketing campaigns.

    You will use a number of native and third-party tools to manage our social media presence, as well as conduct online user research and monitor marketing analytics in order to review our performance across web, social media, and email communications. You may also be asked to research for new business opportunities.

     

    You will be passionate about new technologies, have good attention to detail, and will be able to communicate with clarity and confidence when interacting with development, project management and QA teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct research (internal interviews/desk research) about digital content topics

    We're currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to be part of some of our most exciting projects.

    You’ll get the opportunity to work for some of the biggest brands in the UK such as Ralph Lauren, Domino’s Pizza, Premier League, Wembley, Glastonbury Festival and many more.
