  • iOS DEVELOPER

    We're currently looking for iOS developer to enrich their skills via and grow as part of a team in the heart of digital innovation.

    You will be responsible for implementing new features in any of our client apps, liaising with our UX team to bring app designs to life and working closely with QA staff to reproduce and fix bugs.

    You should be an excellent team member whilst also showing resourcefulness and the ability to work through challenging problems. It will be your responsibility to complete work of a high standard in a time sensitive environment.

    We’ll want to hear all about what issues you’ve faced in the apps you’ve built, and how you learnt from them.

    Responsibilities

    • Using an Agile workflow
    • Discussing intended technical approaches for upcoming work with the team and involving the team in collaboration sessions
    • Actively participating in development meetings
    • Liaising with the technical lead to identify and work through problems
    • Following company user guides and documentation and updating as necessary
    • Improving processes and keeping up to date with iOS and technology

    Ideal experience

    • Significant experience in Objective-C/Swift and Xcode
    • A good understanding of software tools
    • Know your way around a Linux terminal (but advanced bash scripting skills are most welcome)
    • Implementing complex user interfaces and navigation flows
    • Have experienced the full app lifecycle, from initial implementation through to debugging the live apps in the field, ideally several times over
    • Experience with:

    - Git

    - Continuous Integration Systems (e.g. Jenkins, CruiseControl)

    - Project Build tools (e.g. Jenkins, Cruise Control)

    - SQLite

    - XCUITest

    • HTML, JavaScript and CSS knowledge
    • Knowledge of other programming languages will be beneficial
    • Excellent communication skills

  • SENIOR QA ENGINEER

    We're currently looking for someone to join our growing business as a Senior QA Engineer to enrich their skills via and grow as part of a team in the heart of digital innovation.

    We are delighted to announce the opportunity for someone who is passionate about software development on digital platforms and mobile technology to join our team.

    You will have worked in software development or digital marketing for a several years as part of a QA team. You will have skills in using test tools. Understanding of automation testing will be beneficial.

    Working alongside the mobile development team, you will be helping to reproduce and debug issues raised. You’ll have an opportunity to impact on important decisions around the quality of our products.

    We’re all about innovation in our work, so you will have the opportunity to learn on new platforms and tools as you go, expanding your experience and knowledge.

    You will be observant, have good attention to detail, and will be able to communicate with clarity and confidence when interacting with developers and project managers. You will be capable of comparing multiple sources of documentation in order to recognise discrepancies and issues.

    Responsibilities

    • Writing test plans for products in early and late stages of development
    • Executing tests, both planned and exploratory
    • Performing regression tests for new and old products
    • Logging bugs that effectively communicate issues and their impact
    • Helping developers to reproduce and debug issues raised
    • Interacting with the team
    • Writing test reports for internal and external use

    Ideal experience

    • Extensive experience working as a QA Engineer
    • An understanding of the requirements and challenges of testing
    • Background in native app testing is a must
    • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
    • API testing
    • Knowledge of proxy tools
    • Writing test plans, test cases
    • Good understanding of various tools and how best to utilise them
    • Automation testing is a plus

  • SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

    We're currently looking for someone to join our growing business as a Solutions Architect to join our team.

    You will have experience working on a variety of projects, including enterprise web and mobile solutions involving large backends with multiple integrations. You will have an excellent ability to liaise between clients (both technical and marketing) and in-house development teams.

    We’re all about innovation in our work, so you will have the opportunity to learn on new platforms and tools as you go, expanding your experience and knowledge.

    You will be observant, have good attention to detail, and will be able to communicate with clarity and confidence when interacting with another developers and project managers and QAs.

    Responsibilities

    • Working with our customers to understand their business and specific requirements
    • Identifying business and technical constraints
    • Definition of the overall architecture and technical solution
    • Creation of appropriate documentation for the project that is agreed with the client and can be implemented by the development team
    • Working with the development team, answering questions and providing input to the development process
    • Ensuring that the solution implemented meets the customer requirements

    Ideal experience

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with technical and non-technical audiences
    • Proven ability to work with in-house development teams
    • Strong Solutions Architect background in enterprise web and mobile app solutions, ideally with experience in e-commerce
    • Excellent technical knowledge including a proven ability to define solutions and work with development teams to implement them
    • Previous development experience
    • Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and how to avoid them
    • Enthusiasm for technology and a working knowledge of the latest developments in software engineering
