  • SENIOR BACK-END DEVELOPER

    As our team is growing, we’re looking to hire a Senior Back-end Developer who specialises in C#/.NET technologies to take ownership of a specific project.

    The project is currently ending its proof-of-concept stage, and you will take on the task of maintaining and developing it into a full system, including helping with rollout and ongoing support. You may also be asked to assist on other projects in the business, and future projects for other clients.

    To be considered for the position you’ll need to demonstrate the following:

    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an engineering role
    • An in-depth knowledge of the C# language, .NET SDK and commonly used third-party libraries
    • Good knowledge in web technologies – HTML, CSS and JavaScript
    • Exposure to mobile technologies (native and hybrid), platforms, and tools
    • Experience in object-oriented programming and design patterns
    • Ability and desire to write, develop and implement automated test cases and test suites
    • Demonstrable experience in building high-volume, scalable, multi-tiered systems
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
    • Good communication skills
    • Knowledge of Azure and SignaIR would be advantageous
    • Experience with performance testing is desired
    • Experience working in an Agile environment would be a bonus
    • Ability or prior experience working on other Microsoft technologies such as Windows Phone, desktop and tablet would be useful

  • ANDROID DEVELOPER

    We are looking for Android developer to enrich their skills via and grow as part of a team in the heart of digital innovation.

    You will be responsible for implementing new features in any of our client apps, liaising with our UX team to bring app designs to life and working closely with QA staff to reproduce and fix bugs.

    You should be an excellent team member whilst also showing resourcefulness and the ability to work through challenging problems. It will be your responsibility to complete work of a high standard in a time sensitive environment.

    We’ll want to hear all about what issues you’ve faced in the apps you’ve built, and how you learnt from them.

    Responsibilities:

    • Discussing intended technical approaches for upcoming work with the team and involving the team in collaboration sessions
    • Actively participating in development meetings
    • Liaising with the technical lead to identify and work through problems
    • Following company user guides and documentation and updating as necessary
    • Improving processes and keeping up to date with Android and technology

    Ideal experience:

    • At least 2 years’ experience with Android/Java
    • A good understanding of software tools
    • Know your way around a Linux terminal (but advanced bash scripting skills are most welcome)
    • Implementing complex user interfaces and navigation flows
    • Have experienced the full app lifecycle, from initial implementation through to debugging the live apps in the field, ideally several times over
    • Experience with:
      • Git
      • Continuous Integration Systems (e.g. Jenkins, CruiseControl)
      • Project build tools (e.g. Maven, Gradle)
      • SQLite
      • Espresso
    • HTML, JavaScript and CSS knowledge
    • Knowledge of other programming languages will be beneficial

  • UI/UX DESIGNER

    We're currently looking for someone to join our growing business as a UI/UX designer to develop a visual strategy and create UX project deliverables for our clients.

    You will have worked in digital agency and already have experience working across multiple platforms.

    Working alongside UX/UI team, you will be helping to design the best visual strategy and define correct research processes for our top clients. You will also be involved in whole lifecycle of the projects from customer research to prototyping.

    We’re all about innovation in our work, so you will have the opportunity to learn on new tools as you go, expanding your experience and knowledge. You will be observant, have good attention to detail, and will be able to communicate with clarity and confidence when interacting with other designers, project managers and developers.

    You will be capable of implementing design specification and visual standards on different platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop the visual identity strategy for our customers
    • Participate in creating UX project deliverables (personas, user journeys, wireframes, app maps, prototypes)
    • Develop the visual interface design through user archetypes, storyboards, scenarios, mood boards, iconography, photography and illustrations
    • Bring to life research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually
    • Create brand guidelines and light weighed style guides to supplement prototypes for our implementation partner  

    Ideal experience:

    • 2 years’ experience working as a UI/UX designer in a digital industry
    • Understanding of all things related to iOS and/or Android user interfaces
    • Good knowledge of relevant design software such as: Photoshop and Illustrator, In Design, Sketch and/or Zeplin
    • Experience building adaptive prototypes in Axure or using prototyping software such as: Invision, Principle and/or Pixate
    • Experience working on mobile platforms
    • Demonstrable skills in illustration, iconography, photography and information visualization
