Vodafone has awarded a contract to HealthAmigo to bring the award-winning wireless healthcare service, PocketDoctor, to Vodafone live! users.
The deal with Vodafone is the latest in a series of contracts which HealthAmigo has won with companies such as T-Mobile, Orange UK and Avantgo to bring wireless content like PocketDoctor to mobile devices users across Europe.
PocketDoctor on Vodafone live! offers a host of health-related information, direct to handheld devices, including a symptom analyser, a calculator to determine if you are over or under weight, a medical encyclopaedia and direct access to a doctor 24-hours a day. PocketDoctor also provides daily beauty tips and advice.
Future Platforms, the specialist mobile software and services developer, was appointed by HealthAmigo to undertake all production work and integrate PocketDoctor with Vodafone live!.
