Bausch & Lomb are one of the world's largest contact lens manufacturers. We've put together a service for them to help ensure loyalty from customers of their 30-day disposable "PureVision" product
At the point of sale, customers are asked whether they wish to receive regular reminders when the time comes to change their lenses. Telephone numbers are collated into a central database and reminders sent out in the form of a brand-reinforcing text message, 2 days before the customer is due to purchase a new set of lenses.
Future Platforms put together the infrastructure and business logic for this service, and will handle ongoing maintenance.
