The Touchnote product is an app which allows the user to prepare and send a physical postcard using their mobile phone. The company approached us in early 2010 to carry out a design review of their iPhone and Android products. Subsequently they engaged us to take their product to the Windows Phone 7 operating system, where it would form part of the launch portfolio of WP7 apps.
We re-envisaged the whole product for the WP7 Metro user interface, through an interaction and visual design process, and developed the app, integrating with their existing back-end for postcard delivery and payments. After the original project was completed Touchnote engaged us to add several features to the product.
